I loved the beautifully renovated building, which offered a spacious room with a cozy atmosphere. The Toto bidet and soaking tub made my stay even more enjoyable, providing a luxurious touch.

There was limited parking available, forcing me to park in a nearby garage. Additionally, the pool was unexpectedly closed, which was disappointing considering my plans for relaxation.

Had an amazing time staying with friends. We explored local shops and tried some great food from sophisticated vendors at the event that is Simply Sioux City. The hotel was a fab place to relax after busy days out. The amenities like the indoor pool helped us unwind. Definitely recommend checking out the fire pits at night for a cool hangout spot!

Unfortunately, I had a tricky situation with a charge on my card for incidentals. Though it was resolved in the end, it required some follow-up and was a bit stressful.

A lovely retreat with a few quirks

I stayed here for a couple of nights while helping family, and it was such a nice place to unwind. My room was just gorgeous with cozy amenities. Seriously, that heated toilet is a game changer! The dining at the restaurant was a highlight too, but breakfast could've been better organized.

I did encounter an issue with my charges, as I was double billed. Unfortunately, the front desk was unable to assist me due to the manager being unavailable, which left me frustrated. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of timely communication was disappointing.

the outdoor area with fire pits is a great place to relax at night. the walls let in so much noise from the hospital.
